What is knowledge? Knowledge is the act of knowing, it can also be the facts, information, or skills ascertained by one through experience or education; the theoretical or practical understanding of a subject. “a great desire for the thirst of knowledge”.
The choice is yours whether you desire to fish for knowledge. But one must be sure to apply the knowledge they have obtained, for knowledge without application is of no avail. According to the scriptures, people perish for the lack of knowledge.
Whether the information is regarding your health, physically or mentally. It is vital that you are informed as much as it be possible, and after retrieving your pertinent information, you must then apply it to your everyday life. Indeed some things will be complicated at first, but with time your life changes will become easier. Remember those things that are best for us, are not always easy, but worth the end results.

Note that it is important to share your knowledge for the good of others. As a decent human being it will come automatically to you. To share, and allow others to be the best that they can be. We are our brothers keepers, and when one can realize this, it allows lows you to see people, and life differently. The bigger picture then comes into play and life as you know it changes, your eyes opened, and your heart forever different.
Knowledge is power indeed, but it’s what you do with it that matters most. Challenge yourself to assist others who desire to take advantage of your knowledge and apply it. Those who are foolish will toss learning or vital information to the wind. When you know better, you do better!
- WHAT ARE YOU IN SEARCH OF
- DO YOU HAVE A THIRST FOR KNOWLEDGE
- WHO HAVE YOU HELPED TODAY
- ARE STRIVING TO DO BETTER
- ARE YOU GAINING KNOWLEDGE EVERYDAY
- ARE YOU APPLYING THE KNOWLEDGE YOU HAVE GAINED

Know that one must take care of their mental, physical and spiritual being in order to have a more healthy, better quality of life here in this present day. What we do to our bodies will have a lasting effect on our mental and physical state in years to come.
The saying ” you are what you eat” it applies to any and all things, such as your weight, diabetes, hypertension, quality of our lungs, our heart and the list goes on. Yes, we absolutely love the taste of all of those things we shouldn’t eat or drink, and yes getting stoned for those who just feel like they have to have it, and those of you who refuse to exercise for 30 minutes a day, it all catches up to us. Each and every one of us as we begin to age, if not sooner. So when you are told to cut out red meat, don’t bicker or complain. Do it, little by little. You will find its not so bad or hard after all. Trust me I know, lol.
In my personal walk, I gave up eating red meat as often, Mexican food, sodas, chips, and bacon. These particular foods were becoming my true enemy, and I had to make a drastic change. The good thing about this was, It was easier than I could ever imagine, and I am the better because of it.
The scriptures above are here to show you that if the Bible has taking the time to show you what God thinks of the foolish person, than it is okay for us to think likewise. Plant your seeds on good ground, meaning spread your knowledge to those who will take heed.
As we all know a healthier lifestyle is the key to a better quality of life, so eat plenty of fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, fish, and plenty of water, preferably organic. No fried foods, excessive sugars, sweet drinks with wasted calories, junk food, or excess sodium filled products.
Think nothing of the price of organic foods, it really isn’t as bad as you might think, I must admit, I thought it would be too pricey at first. It also helps to minimize your amount of food intake. Follow your doctor’s suggestions, get second opinions, take medication as prescribed, seek knowledge, read food labels, exercise daily, eat healthy, laugh more, love hard, and enjoy life!
…and so it is, another reason to protect Freedom of Speech, even if it offends those that seem to be waiting for something to offend them so they can create a big stink & feel like their doing something important with their lives, and Freedom Of The Press. It’s so important to have access to history and truth to build character & possibly help humankind and all creation as a result, by no doors to knowledge being closed before the seeker.
Thank you for your insight on this subject Dawn Renee. Appreciated and very well said.
You are welcome & I thank you for the compliment. You had a view about it I had not seen previously.
It’s interesting that you say that. It is my understanding that much information is held back from certain groups of people, and it has also been said that if you put it in a book, those particular groups won’t read, so they will never be in the knowledge of this pertinent information . But if one is giving you wise insight/counsel, it would behoove us to listen. Remember above all else, these are just my thoughts, although it seem to make sense. With my personal experiences and watching and listening to younger people, there seem to be some facts to back my statements. As we grow older we should never outgrow our need to learn. Seek wisdom, seek knowledge as well as wise counsel.
Yes, very much so, we should remain students in this world. I agree, there are things amiss within the young ones. Though, our elders probably thought the same in us. : ) This is hearsay: that people of China have poor, if any access to their history regarding Tiananmen Square. Also, streams such as Alex Jones’s & Black Pigeon Speaks have been banned. They’re not finished trying to take away our options of alternative (& they’re unaccepted) means of accumulating information to form our own free-thinking views. These too, are just my thoughts. I’m appreciative to see into your views & I want to thank you for visiting our lizard friend. Posts interesting as yours stray me from lizard speak : )
I appreciate your comments, thank you.
