Ezekiel 4:9 Sesame Sprouted Bread

Healthy Eating

Hello beautiful people, it’s about 3:51 am. My best time to write, I pray you are all doing well this morning, or whatever time it is, where you are. I am excited because I have more wonderful things to share with you in my review below. Remember your body is your temple according to the scriptures, so we are to nourish and attend to it, as if it were a new born baby. Remember always Body & Soul.

Benefits of sprouting is that it reduces the amount of gluten, a protein to which many people are intolerant and which is found in wheat, spelt, rye and barley (3). Due to the reduction in antinutrients, Ezekiel bread may provide a higher number of nutrients than bread made from grains that have not sprouted.

I purchased some Ezekiel bread the other day from SPROUTS,. As you know I am trying to change the way I eat; making it a way of life for me and my grand babies. So I was at Karleen’s house and she made some French toast, topped with berries and syrup. Okay ya’ll bare with me, so I’m sitting there thinking this woman is getting ready to cook for me. Oh Lord! You know I’m picky, and didn’t know what to expect, but upon Karleen sitting the plate in front of me. I thought okay this looks good, and after taking a bite, I was impressed, not only was a Jewish woman cooking for me, but it TASTED GOOD!

She gave me two slices and immediately I thought, I’m going to still be hungry afterwards, but that was not the case, because the bread is very filling. Anymore than two would be over doing it, and moderation is an essential part of dieting

The Ingredients in Ezekiel Bread:

This bread is made with the following ingredients: organic sprouted wheat, filtered water, organic malted barley, organic sprouted rye, organic sprouted barley, organic sprouted oats, organic sprouted millet, organic sprouted corn, organic sprouted brown rice, fresh yeast, organic wheat gluten and sea salt.

Okay so let me tell you about my friend Karleen, she is this little 75 years old lady. She is the size of a bean pole, no not really, she is 5’6, 100 lbs soaking wet, eats nothing but organic food, no red meats, but will occasionally eat fish. She lives on macadamia nuts, beets, cauliflower, salads, French toast made of sprouted bread with hemp, and water. She is full of energy and loves to run up the stairs when at the mall, she’s really a show off; but I love it!

She challenges me, and I couldn’t ask for a better friend. A person like Karleen isn’t for the faint at heart, because of her blatant honesty. But let’s face it, most people cannot deal with truth. YOU ROCK Karleen! Thanks for the help!

Karleen stores her sprouted bread in the freezer or refrigerator to keep it fresh. Because of the sprouted ingredients within, the bread is best when kept at a certain temp. Although the bread she used has Hemp in it, it’s basically on the same lines as the Ezekiel Bread. It’s made with organic ingredients, sprouted millet, corn, barley, etc,. It’s been said that the Ezekiel Bread is one of the healthiest breads you can eat, along with the fact that is has no added sugar, makes it exceptional
