There’s a restaurant here in Tucson called Proof at St. Philip’s Plaza, 4340 N Campbell Ave, Tucson, AZ 85718. I love cauliflower , but I very seldom eat it. So in my visit to Proof, Sioux ordered this vegan cauliflower pizza. To my surprise, it was absolutely fabulous, after the first bite, the excitement of having another taste made my mouth salivate. Yum, Yum!

This pizza was pure and simply delicious, the taste was out of this world. The vegan cauliflower crust, the cheese, and the mushrooms were of such quality, that less was best, in this case. I would recommend this pizza to everyone. I’m drooling for another piece. Bonappetit!

I love this new way of life that I have embarked upon, trying new foods, being open minded to new things, and living my best life. I cannot tell you enough how important it is, to be mindful of your Body & Soul. It took me a long time to realize how vital it was for me to pay more attention to my body. It wasn’t until I got sick, and had to have a minor procedure before I decided to be more mindful of my body, as well as my soul.

I cannot wait to try all of these new recipes after I move into my new house. Hopefully that will be within the next 7 days. No closing date as of yet. Back to this awesome restaurant, we sat near the fireplace, which gave off more heat than I could barely tolerate, but thank goodness we were also by the open windows, the only thing blocking us from the elements, was a large plastic covering. A live band played music and sang the night away, I must say they were pretty good, I was impressed.

This vegan cauliflower pizza is a treat to me, and who knew that a cauliflower crust could taste this good. This is one dish I could eat every week, and not feel horrible doing so. It fits within my new regiment, and doesn’t fail me in the calorie category, as long I don’t over eat, and it’s not made with an excessive amount of cheese. Its perfect for two, along with a healthy salad, and sensible dressing.

So along with my pizza, I ordered a bottle of water, which was costly but worth the money. Since the cauliflower pizza was small, I thought I would order a regular pizza with pepperoni . I had a slice, but took the rest home and it went to waste. Nothing compares to the cauliflower pizza. Eloquent, delicious and worth every bit of the cost.
